Setting
An international travel service provider recently restyled her corporate identity as part of a corporate rebranding project, resulting in the need for new multilingual (Dutch and English) MS PowerPoint and MS Word templates, to be used by every employee (+100).

Solution proposal
Solution proposal for online virtual remote desktops, functioning with Visual Basic for Application (VBA) macro’s. A central infrastructure in the cloud via remote desktop services. Incl. MS Office 365 etc.
A fully-equipped central online Remote Desktop Environment
A fully-equipped central online infrastructure and application landscape. For example with MS Windows and MS Office 365, internet and printservice. Accessible via RDS connections on all (MS Windows) devices .
A standardized and brand compliant MS Powerpoint template
Centrally stored and available in the cloud.
A number of standardized and automated multilingual brand compliant MS Word templates
Centrally stored and available in the cloud.
Including macros for generating a memo, minutes, a letter, a blank letter, a cover letter and a report.
Selection per type of template, per language.
Multi-user, centrally accessible in MS Word in a customized ribbon.
Request
Advise together with the client and graphical design agency about the possibilities of standardization, automation, central usage and maintenance of templates, based on the new designed layouts.
Define the corporate identity requirements and develop and implement multilingual, standardized MS Word and MS PowerPoint templates aligned to the graphical design and corporate identity requirements.
Work out a possibility for central storage and availabilty of the templates in the cloud.
